IT Project Manager (Agile / Scrum)

Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinate, supervise, and plan project activities
• ▹Compile and provide activity reports to the client
• ▹Monitor project dependencies, effort, tasks, resources, and timescales
• ▹Report and manage issues and problems, ensuring overall project quality
• ▹Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events, remove impediments, keep the team focused
• ▹Coach the team on delivering story points and fulfilling sprint goals
• ▹Remove impediments to the team's ability to deliver the sprint goal, facilitate communication in all directions, collaborate with the PO

Requirements

• ▹University degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, or related field
• ▹At minimum 2 years of experience in Agile Project Management for e-Government projects
• ▹Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks
• ▹Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps platforms
• ▹Excellent command of English, written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Certifications such as AgilePM, PSM I, or PMP
