Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• ▹Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate methodologies and best practices
• ▹Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across multiple business units
• ▹Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals and priorities
• ▹Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements
• ▹Promote adoption of AI-driven approaches within project delivery
• ▹Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies
• ▹Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
• ▹Ensure transparent communication and structured project documentation
• ▹Coordinate and support delivery teams, including onboarding and professional growth
• ▹Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management practices

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience in project management
• ▹Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives
• ▹Experience in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
• ▹Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
• ▹Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects
• ▹Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, and automation approaches
• ▹Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches
• ▹Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
• ▹Awareness of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows
• ▹Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs
• ▹Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions
• ▹PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification
• ▹Experience with process improvement methodologies
