AI Automations Product Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, ship, and support AI-powered tools and automations for clients
• ▹Work with tools like Claude Code, the Anthropic API, and AI-augmented low-code platforms
• ▹Join discovery calls and shaping sessions with the Practice Lead and Account Manager
• ▹Own delivery end-to-end against shaped client briefs
• ▹Contribute new approaches, tools, and workflows to the department's knowledge base
• ▹Spend dedicated hours testing new AI tools, models, and frameworks
• ▹Contribute to project templates, runbooks, and evaluation approaches

Requirements

• ▹Strong software engineering fundamentals — able to build reliable systems, not just call an LLM API
• ▹Fluency with the modern agentic stack: LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks, tool use and function calling, Python, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD
• ▹Ability to design human-in-the-loop systems
• ▹Comfortable with direct client and stakeholder interaction
