Responsibilities

• ▹Audit the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to eliminate bottlenecks
• ▹Design and implement engineering and project frameworks to speed up delivery
• ▹Act as primary technical partner for the product organization (CPO, PMs, designers)
• ▹Own the business backlog from a technical execution standpoint
• ▹Set up, scale and manage SDLC processes and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• ▹Synchronize efforts across engineering, product and design teams
• ▹Resolve dependencies and blockers in the delivery pipeline
• ▹Present technical strategy, progress and risks to C-level executives

Requirements

• ▹Deep expertise in SDLC setup and optimization
• ▹Advanced IT project and delivery management
• ▹Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• ▹Ability to track and improve time-to-market
• ▹Strong architectural understanding of modern tech stack (distributed architecture, microservices, event-driven, k8s, CI/CD)
• ▹Strong software development background
• ▹Fluent Russian and English
