Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of the company's cloud infrastructure, focusing primarily on AWS and GCP
• ▹Define and execute a cloud strategy that supports scalability, cost efficiency and business continuity
• ▹Work with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives
• ▹Lead and mentor teams of DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineers
• ▹Gather and document operational requirements around contractual compliance, business needs and industry best practice
• ▹Design monitoring, alerting and incident response practices
• ▹Identify and implement automation candidates to maximise team efficiency
• ▹Ensure 24/7/365 operational stability and performance of infrastructure
• ▹Oversee capacity planning, change management and performance tuning
• ▹Collaborate closely with the security team to ensure infrastructure aligns with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and Cyber Essentials

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading cloud infrastructure strategy, primarily AWS and GCP
• ▹Experience leading teams of DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure engineers
• ▹Experience managing vendor relationships
• ▹Applications only accepted from candidates residing in the UK, Spain, Germany or Romania
