Responsibilities

• ▹Conducting thorough literature research on current, evidence-based methods and best practices
• ▹Creating practice-oriented training content for leadership staff at social service organizations, based on existing concepts or jointly developed structures
• ▹Continuously developing the learning content by identifying and integrating industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• ▹Leadership experience at a social service organization (as a pedagogical or team lead), with several years of practical experience
• ▹Degree in social work, social or curative education, educational science, psychology, management in the social sector, or a related field
• ▹Excellent written expression and a good sense for audience-appropriate, user-friendly writing
• ▹Precise, detail-oriented work ensuring the highest professional and linguistic standards
• ▹Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and meet deadlines and agreements
• ▹Ability to work closely with the product development team
