Responsibilities

• ▹Support the administration and maintenance of internal IT systems
• ▹Set up, configure and maintain PCs, notebooks and end devices
• ▹Support employees with hardware and software questions (first-level support)
• ▹Install and maintain operating systems and standard applications
• ▹Support the management of network, printer and phone systems
• ▹Analyse and resolve IT faults

Requirements

• ▹Currently studying computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• ▹Enthusiasm for IT, technology and digital solutions
• ▹Independent and structured way of working

Nice to have

• ▹Prior hands-on IT experience
