Founder's Associate – Automation & AI

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain automation workflows in n8n (plus Zapier, Retool) for various business areas: Operations, Sales, Design, Development
• ▹Develop internal dashboards, automate repetitive processes, data analysis and reporting using Claude Code, Claude Cowork and other AI tools and their APIs
• ▹Data extraction and integration from platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify
• ▹Close collaboration with the founders on strategic automation projects
• ▹Actively support other team areas in process optimization and efficiency

Requirements

• ▹Practical experience with n8n (own projects, internships, freelance, or study projects count)
• ▹Experience analyzing, structuring, and reworking processes from business goal to finished solution
• ▹Good communication in German and/or English
• ▹Enrolled student or graduate, ideally with a background in business, computer science, or similar
• ▹Availability for at least 3 months full-time

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with other automation tools like Zapier
• ▹Interest in AI tools and their APIs (e.g. Claude API, OpenAI API); knowledge of Claude Code or similar developer tools
• ▹Initial knowledge of SaaS platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics or Shopify
• ▹Retool experience
