Körber is hiring a Labour Relations Manager who operates at the intersection of business, HR, and employee representation bodies, coordinating collective bargaining negotiations and working closely with works councils.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and steer co-determination topics in projects, from early concept phase to sustainable implementation
  • Work constructively and in a trust-based way with employee representative bodies, developing viable solutions together
  • Coordinate and lead negotiations on collective bargaining topics together with the relevant departments, bringing them to successful conclusion
  • Advise management and departments on labor law questions relating to participation rights and dealing with works councils
  • Bring perspective early into change processes and projects, supporting well-founded decisions
  • Keep an overview across multiple parallel topics, ensuring clear, structured approaches

Requirements

  • Completed degree in law or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in labor law, particularly collective bargaining matters
  • Experience working with works councils and leading negotiations
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and appropriately for the audience
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working
  • Confident personality with strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to compromise and assert positions
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

  • Experience with collective agreement regulations in the metal and electrical industry environment
