Responsibilities

• ▹Guiding and coaching participants in Educational Support: through 1:1 coaching, moderated discussions and hands-on exercises, during and after the training
• ▹Sharing expert knowledge: presenting subject content, answering questions, helping analyze case studies
• ▹Project management and consulting: accompanying internal projects, supporting companies and participants in applying their new knowledge in practice
• ▹Content creation and editorial work: developing high-quality articles, blog posts and presentations to make knowledge accessible and inspiring
• ▹Quality assurance and further development: continuously optimizing learning materials and developing new, innovative education formats

Requirements

• ▹Completed university studies in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, mathematics or a related field, with deep knowledge of machine learning
• ▹Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow, efficient and performant implementation of machine learning models
• ▹Experience with AI applications and Large Language Models
• ▹Knowledge of image and text recognition as well as neural networks
• ▹Targeted use of data for informed decisions, continuous optimization of models
• ▹Knowledge sharing, teamwork, openness to new impulses and technologies
• ▹Desire not only to teach knowledge but also to work on innovative AI projects within the IT team
