Responsibilities

• ▹Engage with customer executives in the Enterprise Industry team (manufacturing, retail, travel, and service companies)
• ▹Identify pain points and opportunities and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• ▹Work in a fast-moving, dynamic sales environment with customers, colleagues, and partners to convey the power of the Now Platform and future-of-work opportunities
• ▹Lead architecture and design engagements demonstrating how ServiceNow meets strategic customers' needs (Customer Experience, AI Governance, Autonomous, IT Transformation, Digital Products/Services, PaaS, Enterprise Service Management, industry-specific solutions)
• ▹Understand the customer's business and digital strategy and articulate how ServiceNow delivers value, integrating seamlessly into current and future technology landscapes
• ▹Understand and communicate the ServiceNow 'platform of platforms' architecture at various levels
• ▹Work with architecture development methods, modelling approaches, and integration architecture patterns
