Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain and update existing features
• ▹Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features and releases
• ▹Develop product lines and appraise new ideas for market viability
• ▹Produce long- and short-term sales forecasts and analysis for management
• ▹Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs, and demand
• ▹Manage the product team, including coaching and performance appraisal
• ▹Drive product vision and delivery of new features to stay competitive
• ▹Manage the product roadmap and prioritize opportunities
• ▹Oversee planning, direction, coordination, execution, and completion of projects
• ▹Coordinate the project and software development lifecycle
• ▹Develop detailed work plans, including work breakdown structures, milestones, risk management plans, staffing needs, and timelines

Requirements

• ▹Fluent Russian and English
• ▹3+ years of experience in software product management and development
• ▹Knowledge of PHP
• ▹People management and customer research experience
• ▹Competitive analysis experience
• ▹Track record working with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate product releases
• ▹Outstanding project and time management skills
• ▹Ability to work in the NY time zone

Nice to have

• ▹Technical background (senior engineering level not required)
• ▹Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
