Tech Lead RPA (UiPath) - 100% Remote

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design robust and secure RPA architectures based on UiPath (on-premises and cloud)
• ▹Define standards, best practices, and development guidelines for the team
• ▹Lead the end-to-end implementation of robotic processes (analysis, design, development, testing, go-live)
• ▹Coordinate and oversee a team of 5 (developers and monitoring specialists)
• ▹Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met
• ▹Integrate RPA with internal systems (ERP, CRM, Power Platform, APIs)
• ▹Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents
• ▹Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and corporate security policies

Requirements

• ▹Degree in Computer/Telecommunications Engineering or similar
• ▹5+ years of experience in RPA automation projects
• ▹Demonstrable experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights)
• ▹Experience leading and coordinating technical teams
• ▹Advanced knowledge of integrating enterprise systems and APIs
• ▹High level of English (fluent communication)
• ▹UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect certification

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the insurance sector
• ▹Knowledge of PowerAutomate
• ▹Python programming for scripts and agents
