Responsibilities

• ▹Level 2 incident handling
• ▹Simple and complex service requests
• ▹Minor and major production releases
• ▹Disaster recovery plans
• ▹Recurring operations tasks
• ▹On-call duty (incidents), about once a month
• ▹Complex or sensitive operations outside business hours
• ▹Optimization of operations tools (monitoring, scheduling, backup)
• ▹Process automation
• ▹Documentation base management (Wiki / GitLab)
• ▹Writing procedures

Requirements

• ▹BSc/MSc degree in computer science (BAC+2/5)
• ▹At least one prior experience in a similar role
• ▹Linux knowledge
• ▹Knowledge of Tomcat, Apache, Jonas or equivalent application servers
• ▹Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL
• ▹Knowledge of VTOM or equivalent scheduler
• ▹Knowledge of Nagios/Centreon or equivalent monitoring tool
• ▹Shell scripting
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL processes
