Responsibilities

• ▹Assemble the project team and communicate scope, objectives, and requirements
• ▹Document project requirements, constraints, and assumptions
• ▹Develop project charters with sponsors and stakeholders, including milestones and timelines
• ▹Prepare realistic labor and cost estimates for project plans
• ▹Collect and maintain visibility of project status for stakeholders
• ▹Establish and execute a communications plan (status meetings, reports, change management)
• ▹Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• ▹Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans
• ▹Organize project team tasks per best practices and methodologies
• ▹Engage regularly and communicate with all stakeholders
• ▹Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with internal compliance offices
• ▹Ensure timely and accurate collection of labor hours
• ▹Support vendor management activities (contracts, invoicing, product evaluations)
