Responsibilities

• ▹Co-manage the AI roadmap with the AI Engineering Lead, evaluating emerging AI technologies and solution feasibility
• ▹Identify areas where generative AI or predictive models can optimize systems and processes
• ▹Troubleshoot systemic technical issues across data pipelines, backend services, and model deployment layers
• ▹Execute SQL queries to validate, inspect, and analyze training and production datasets
• ▹Coordinate system deployments and model release cycles with developers, DevOps, and systems engineering teams
• ▹Oversee deployment activities during maintenance windows
• ▹Manage the backlog, track active sprints, and report delivery status in Jira
• ▹Translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical leadership
• ▹Coordinate end-to-end execution of multi-team AI initiatives, mapping system-wide dependencies
• ▹Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming in Jira/Confluence for AI development

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
