Responsibilities

• ▹Do portfolio-level analysis that tells the discovery team where to focus next, identifying the biggest clinical and operational gaps
• ▹Work directly with clinical, operational, health plan and pharmacy leaders to understand strategic priorities
• ▹Size opportunities that have never been sized before, building quantitative business cases from messy data
• ▹Benchmark Geisinger performance against peer health systems and external data sources
• ▹Design measurement frameworks for early-stage pilots from scratch
• ▹Produce clear, compelling analytical narratives and visualizations for leadership
• ▹Collaborate with analysts across the AI portfolio to share methods, data assets and reusable components

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or strategy analytics
