Responsibilities

• ▹Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact
• ▹Partner with Product to translate goals into a cohesive, executable plan
• ▹Lead cross-team collaboration on initiatives spanning multiple internal teams
• ▹Coordinate deliverables from external partners
• ▹Create and manage tickets to support the roadmap
• ▹Handle project-level resource assignment and scheduling
• ▹Identify and drive process improvements, e.g. ETA accuracy and code quality
• ▹Provide accurate, up-to-date status updates to stakeholders
• ▹Run team ceremonies and meetings
• ▹Drive resolution of production issues

Requirements

• ▹Must be based in an EU timezone
• ▹Fluent in written and spoken English
• ▹Degree in a business or technology discipline preferred
• ▹Demonstrated experience managing teams in a scrum framework
• ▹Experience defining business requirements in a software development context
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail
• ▹Experience working with UI/UX teams
