Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Survey, analyze and interpret information systems
• ▹Analyze the client's business processes to uncover information needs
• ▹Define and document software requirements and functionalities in detail
• ▹Validate that the developed software meets the requirements gathered during analysis
• ▹Understand, capture and formalize client requirements
• ▹Define tests to verify that deliverables meet requirements
• ▹Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and project scope
• ▹Identify potential gaps in user requests
• ▹Generate functional test cases based on project and team characteristics

Requirements

• ▹University degree in Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹At least 3 years of experience in the role, ideally in the IT industry
• ▹Experience executing software or information systems projects
• ▹Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• ▹Familiarity with software tools and the Office suite
