No-Code Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Create application UIs with no-code design tools, including a drag-and-drop interface
• ▹Automate server-side logic with no-code business process tools built on BPMN notation
• ▹Build web services for system integration (RESTful APIs, SOAP interfaces) using no-code tools
• ▹Create and configure webhook services to receive requests from external systems
• ▹Design database structures with the Creatio Objects designer (tables, relationships, fields)
• ▹Decompose user stories into executable no-code development tasks
• ▹Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and analyst reports (e.g. Gartner, Forrester)
• ▹Gather customer feedback through interviews with end users and solution consultants
• ▹Collaborate with QA engineers on manual and automated testing
• ▹Use Git/SVN for version control

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in business analysis and research: market research, competitor analysis, gathering business requirements
• ▹Knowledge of database management, including T-SQL principles, data querying, relationship design, and views
