Senior Professional Services Project Manager (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage large-scale commercial projects and executive stakeholder meetings
• ▹Collaborate with GitLab Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve complex customer problems
• ▹Drive improvements to Professional Services project management tools, processes, and templates
• ▹Summarize key customer projects monthly and support quarterly business reviews
• ▹Manage delivery schedules, customer expectations, scope, resources, risks, and issues
• ▹Manage customer escalations by coordinating with customers and GitLab stakeholders
• ▹Establish reliable, repeatable delivery processes, metrics, and operational procedures
• ▹Set and achieve forecast goals by aligning customers, technical architects, project engineers, and partners

Requirements

• ▹Experience managing complex IT or software consulting projects for external customers
• ▹Ability to manage scope, schedules, resources, expectations, risks, and priorities while delivering executive-level status reports
• ▹Ability to build effective relationships with customer leaders and manage escalations
