Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in QA automation
• ▹Deep understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress, or similar
• ▹Experience with programming languages relevant to automation testing, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly
• ▹Ability to handle interviews with professionalism and impartiality

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching
• ▹Proficiency in additional languages
