Middle/Senior Go Developer

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle/Senior Go Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go. Build and support REST and gRPC APIs. Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions. Take ownership of services throughout the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and production support. Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance. Write and maintain backend tests. Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus. Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality where applicable. Requirements Required skills: 4+ years of overall commercial software development experience. 2+ years of production experience with Golang. Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels. Experience with microservice architecture. Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs. Experience with PostgreSQL. Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. Experience with Docker. Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability. Experience with backend testing. Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus. English level: B2 or higher. Nice to have: 3+ years of production experience with Go. Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects.
