Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Translate business requirements into technical architecture
• ▹Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed/microservice systems
• ▹Design API contracts (REST/gRPC) with versioning
• ▹Architect data storage strategies across relational and NoSQL databases
• ▹Design event-driven, asynchronous flows (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
• ▹Produce architecture documentation (ADRs, specs)
• ▹Mentor development teams on Go best practices
• ▹Evaluate new technologies and tools

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of software development experience
• ▹4-5+ years hands-on Go experience (goroutines, channels, concurrency)
• ▹Higher education in Computer Science
• ▹Experience implementing/configuring AI within a team
• ▹Experience in fintech, banking or regulated industries
• ▹Experience designing distributed, high-load systems
• ▹Strong REST and/or gRPC API design skills
• ▹PostgreSQL/MySQL relational database knowledge
• ▹Message broker / event-driven architecture experience
• ▹Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
• ▹CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
