Middle/Senior Go Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go
• ▹Build and support REST and gRPC APIs
• ▹Develop event-driven integrations using Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• ▹Work with PostgreSQL and optimize database interactions
• ▹Own services throughout the full lifecycle, from design to production support
• ▹Ensure system scalability, high availability, reliability, and performance
• ▹Write and maintain backend tests
• ▹Monitor and troubleshoot services using Grafana and Prometheus
• ▹Collaborate with distributed international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• ▹Contribute to the integration of AI-powered functionality

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of overall commercial software development experience
• ▹2+ years of production experience with Golang
• ▹Strong understanding of Go concurrency, including goroutines and channels
• ▹Experience with microservice architecture
• ▹Hands-on experience with gRPC and REST APIs
• ▹Experience with PostgreSQL
• ▹Experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
• ▹Experience with Docker
• ▹Understanding of scalability, high availability, and backend system reliability
• ▹Experience with backend testing
• ▹Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus
• ▹English level B2 or higher

Nice to have

• ▹3+ years of production experience with Go
• ▹Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance projects
• ▹Experience designing backend architecture
• ▹Experience with AI integrations
• ▹Experience owning services from initial design through production support
