AI/ML R&D Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for localization and business workflows, including machine translation, LLM finetuning, and quality assurance
• ▹Own key projects from definition to deployment
• ▹Evaluate and select appropriate machine-learning techniques and algorithms for specific problems
• ▹Implement and optimize machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and other tools
• ▹Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
• ▹Deploy models using containerization (Docker) and cloud infrastructure
• ▹Use AWS technologies (Sagemaker, EC2, S3) to deploy and monitor production environments
• ▹Document and communicate about ML experimentation, design, and deployment

Requirements

• ▹BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar field; Master's degree a plus
• ▹Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• ▹Ability to write robust, production-grade code in Python
• ▹Excellent communication and documentation skills
• ▹Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning
