Responsibilities

• ▹Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets
• ▹Provide operational support for issues related to Azure cloud applications
• ▹Handle daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• ▹Support DevOps-related tasks

Requirements

• ▹Ability to work remotely from an EU Member State
• ▹Availability for night and weekend on-call shifts (contacted only if a ticket is raised)
• ▹Basic understanding of cloud technologies
