Responsibilities

• ▹Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, backlog refinement)
• ▹Keep meetings positive, productive and within the timebox
• ▹Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog
• ▹Coach the team and Product Owner on empiricism and value-based backlog slicing
• ▹Track flow metrics and guide the team in data-driven improvement
• ▹Champion adoption of agile standards, tools and best practices
• ▹Proactively identify and resolve impediments
• ▹Promote empowered, self-organising teams and psychological safety
• ▹Uphold Definition of Done and quality gates
• ▹Communicate with other Scrum Masters and product owners across the organization

Requirements

• ▹University degree and at least 8 years of IT professional experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years dedicated experience as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above
• ▹Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles
• ▹Implemented data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
• ▹Experience coordinating cross-team work (Scrum-of-Scrums, PI Planning)
• ▹Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto
• ▹Knowledge of facilitation techniques (Fist of Five, Liberating Structures)
• ▹Knowledge of systems-thinking and process tailoring
• ▹Knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques
• ▹Knowledge of Agile metrics and ability to build and interpret dashboards
• ▹Proficiency in Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira
• ▹PSM II (or higher) and SAFe 5/6 Agilist certifications
• ▹Excellent command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS)
• ▹Knowledge of integrating SAFe and Kanban approaches
