Responsibilities

• ▹Handle customer tickets, investigate reported issues, and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs
• ▹Work closely with engineering teams, vendors, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• ▹Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
• ▹Conduct post-incident reviews to identify systemic issues and recommend platform enhancements
• ▹Participate in special projects and multi-platform investigations
• ▹Support network changes, ensuring minimal impact and adherence to best practices
• ▹Monitor and analyze network performance to proactively prevent recurring issues

Requirements

• ▹Solid understanding of IP networking, packet core technologies, VoLTE/IMS, and telecom protocols (TCP/IP, GTP, SIP, DIAMETER, MAP, SMPP)
• ▹Strong troubleshooting skills using tracing tools and Wireshark
• ▹Experience in Linux/Unix environments for network diagnostics (preferred)
• ▹Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions
• ▹Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
• ▹Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment, including on-call rotations
