Requirements

• ▹Advanced Cisco switching (STP, VSS, ACLs, 802.1q)
• ▹Cisco routing (OSPF, VRF, GRE, QoS, ACLs, policy routing, HSRP)
• ▹Troubleshooting (Wireshark, TCPDUMP, etc.)
• ▹AWS architecture (VPC, Security Gateways, ACLs, Virtual Private Gateways, Internet Gateways, VPC peering, TGW, etc.)
• ▹Security: Fortinet firewalls, 802.1x, Radius, IPSec tunnels, TACACS, NAC
• ▹Cisco WiFi: administration and configuration of APs and WLCs, BYOD, 802.11n, 802.11ac, 802.11ax
• ▹Management and monitoring (SNMP, IPSLA, etc.)
• ▹Linux terminal skills, e.g. vi
• ▹DNS and DHCP

Nice to have

• ▹BGP knowledge
• ▹Knowledge of mainframe communications (VTAM and TCPIP)
• ▹Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification
