Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Take AirPlay and Miracast from beta to default across the entire Airtame product line
• ▹Make firmware releases predictable and automated
• ▹Turn new hardware boards into a shippable Airtame product (bringup, thermal and acoustic validation)
• ▹Lead the team: run 1:1s, set the technical bar, support growth
• ▹Own the operating system, firmware, streaming stack and release pipeline for all Airtame devices

Requirements

• ▹Experience setting a team's technical direction (architecture decisions, code reviews)
• ▹Experience growing engineers, running 1:1s, hiring
• ▹Strong embedded Linux background: kernel, BSP, userspace, C and C++
• ▹Experience with wireless stacks, streaming protocols, drivers
• ▹Experience shipping software to hardware in the field (staged rollouts, OTA updates, device testing)
• ▹Experience taking new hardware from bare silicon to a shipping product (bringup)
