Senior QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Perform 50/50 manual and automated testing (Python): manually test new features and then automate them
• ▹Work with an already established Python automation framework, focusing on increasing coverage, adding new tests, improving stability, and reducing test tech debt
• ▹Design and implement effective testing strategies and plans
• ▹Actively collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cycles
• ▹Identify bottlenecks and improve QA processes and workflows
• ▹Directly participate in day-to-day testing activities in addition to distributing tasks

Requirements

• ▹At least 3-4 years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years of hands-on test automation (Python)
• ▹Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• ▹Strong manual testing skills with complex business logic
• ▹Strong experience in performance and load testing
• ▹Solid knowledge of Kibana, Postman, and API testing
• ▹Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
• ▹Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• ▹Good communication skills in English and Russian
