Head of Partnerships

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and coordinate two operational teams within the partnerships function
• ▹Drive onboarding of PSP companies onto processing channels, from first contact to live transactions
• ▹Build, maintain and scale integrations with new and existing partners
• ▹Own and oversee a portfolio of merchant accounts across multiple partner channels
• ▹Maintain and continuously improve the partner risk register
• ▹Oversee merchant account infrastructure including volume limits and transactional activity
• ▹Review, negotiate and optimize commercial terms
• ▹Manage incoming partner-related requests across compliance, IPS, operational and acquirer matters
• ▹Resolve settlement delays and operational escalations with partners
• ▹Collaborate with Business Development, Routing, Compliance, Finance and Operations teams

Requirements

• ▹Previous leadership experience within partnerships, account management, operations or payment infrastructure teams
• ▹Proven ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced fintech or payment infrastructure environment
• ▹4+ years of experience in account management, partner success, onboarding or partnership operations within a PSP, acquirer or payment gateway
• ▹Strong understanding of payment processing: approval rates, acquiring flows, settlements, risk and compliance
• ▹Hands-on experience managing merchant accounts and PSP relationships
• ▹Confident Excel skills; experience with BI or operational analytics tools is a plus
• ▹Fluent Russian and strong English communication skills
