Senior QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Manually testing new features and then automating them
• ▹Working with an established Python automation framework: increasing coverage, contributing new tests, improving stability, addressing tech debt
• ▹Designing and implementing effective testing strategies and plans
• ▹Collaborating with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout development and release cycles
• ▹Identifying bottlenecks and improving QA processes and workflows
• ▹Directly participating in day-to-day testing activities

Requirements

• ▹At least 3-4 years of experience in software testing, including 3+ years of hands-on test automation (Python)
• ▹Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing
• ▹Strong manual testing skills, experience with complex business logic
• ▹Strong experience in performance and load testing
• ▹Solid knowledge of Kibana, Postman, and API testing
• ▹Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting)
• ▹Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• ▹Good communication skills in English and Russian
