Responsibilities

• ▹Review and shape the existing syllabus draft, validate topic sequencing
• ▹Define clear learning objectives per topic
• ▹Produce lessons using AI-gen tools following content guidelines, then review and fine-tune output
• ▹Design hands-on projects and exercises for working engineers
• ▹Write supporting content: project instructions, rubrics, reviewer guides
• ▹Respond to LX designer feedback and iterate on content

Requirements

• ▹5+ years real-world experience as a Senior Systems Engineer
• ▹Experience designing and shipping systems at scale in a real company
• ▹Ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions
• ▹Strong technical communication skills
• ▹Comfortable using AI tools for content drafting and iteration
• ▹Strong English (C1+)
