Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and JTBD analysis
• ▹Validate product ideas, drive product-market fit, and develop positioning, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market recommendations
• ▹Own key product initiatives: onboarding, activation, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization
• ▹Conduct user research, define hypotheses, run experiments, and use insights to improve product performance
• ▹Analyze product metrics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact
• ▹Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations
• ▹Design and improve processes at the intersection of product and business operations

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with ownership of both product discovery and product growth initiatives
• ▹Experience launching new products or business directions: market research, customer discovery, PMF validation, positioning, pricing, commercialization
• ▹Strong experience managing core product initiatives such as onboarding, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization
• ▹Deep understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision making
• ▹Experience conducting user research, JTBD interviews, and hypothesis-driven experimentation
• ▹Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and optimize cross-functional processes
• ▹Proven ability to work effectively across Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• ▹Fluent English
