Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow apps, modules, forms, lists, flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, notifications, and catalog items
• ▹Build and improve workflow automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, approvals, and catalog workflows
• ▹Support and enhance ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset, and Configuration Management
• ▹Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, import sets, transform maps, and scheduled jobs
• ▹Ensure data quality, reliability, and traceability across connected systems
• ▹Participate in development, testing, code review, deployment, and post-release validation
• ▹Promote changes through dev, test, and production with disciplined release and change management
• ▹Implement role-based access for security and compliance

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
• ▹Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, import sets, and transform maps
• ▹Strong technical aptitude and disciplined configuration practices
• ▹Ability to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities
