Software Engineer II - Front End

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop high-impact frontend solutions for customers and continuously evolve the main web platforms
• ▹Translate business and product requirements into efficient technical architecture and designs
• ▹Help the team with development practices, design patterns, testing and code review, including defining the team's processes
• ▹Maintain a culture of technical documentation so platform solutions are easy for other teams to adopt
• ▹Work in a collaborative, analytical environment with code reviews, pair programming and data-driven development

Requirements

• ▹Software development experience focused on frontend
• ▹Command of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
• ▹Solid knowledge of a framework, preferably React or Vue.js
• ▹Good computing fundamentals: algorithms, data structures and frontend application architecture
• ▹Basic knowledge of web accessibility
• ▹Testing mindset: familiarity with automated tests (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• ▹Teamwork and ease in giving and receiving constructive technical feedback
• ▹Use of AI to ease the work and proactivity in staying up to date

Nice to have

• ▹React experience in production
• ▹Experience with a design system or shared components
