Software Engineer II - Frontend

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React, Redux (RTK Toolkit), and Vite
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for data visualization platforms
• ▹Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following development best practices
• ▹Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure codebase quality
• ▹Help develop and test RESTful APIs for data processing and handling
• ▹Participate in agile development methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
• ▹Harness AI tooling for speeding up development while emphasizing human oversight

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• ▹Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in full-stack web development
• ▹Proficient in React, Redux (preferably Redux Toolkit), and Vite with experience building complex web applications
• ▹Strong understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies
• ▹Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using Node.js or other backend technologies
• ▹Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have

• ▹Vitest, React Testing Library (RTL) experience
