Responsibilities

• ▹Gather and define business requirements
• ▹Ensure the functional coherence of the product
• ▹Coordinate between technical teams, business, and suppliers
• ▹Oversee the roadmap, prioritization, and feature delivery
• ▹Ensure a high level of service and product quality
• ▹Manage the economic control of projects

Requirements

• ▹At least 10 years of IT experience
• ▹At least 3-4 years of project management experience
• ▹At least B2-level English
• ▹In-depth knowledge of Kanban at team and area level, with metrics (lead time, delivery rate, WIP limits)
• ▹Proven experience in Scrum projects and participation in its ceremonies
• ▹High-level command of Jira (Scrum and Kanban boards, agile reports)
• ▹Knowledge of Project Plan and project scheduling
• ▹Experience in progress reporting, client follow-up meetings, scope-change negotiation, and project closure

Nice to have

• ▹Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certification
• ▹PMP certification
