Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze client needs and design the best technical solution
• ▹Design architectures on Atlassian Cloud and Data Center
• ▹Define solutions on Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
• ▹Estimate effort, scope, and resources for projects
• ▹Provide technical support to the team, removing blockers
• ▹Collaborate with Project Managers on planning and tracking
• ▹Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients and participate in decision-making
• ▹Design validation strategies and document solutions
• ▹Evaluate new requirements and propose improvements
• ▹Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams providing technical vision

Requirements

• ▹Experience as a Solution Architect or Atlassian Architect in implementation and digital transformation projects
• ▹Experience designing solutions on Jira Software, Confluence, and JSM
• ▹Ability to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions
• ▹Experience defining architectures, governance models, and best practices
• ▹Experience estimating projects and defining technical scope
• ▹Ability to technically lead teams and manage client relationships

Nice to have

• ▹C1-level English
• ▹ACP-120 or other Atlassian certification
• ▹Official Atlassian accreditations
• ▹Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations
• ▹Knowledge of Automation, Assets, REST APIs, and Marketplace integrations
• ▹Experience with Agile methodologies
