Responsibilities

• ▹Track sprints and planned tasks
• ▹Ensure deadlines and client commitments are met
• ▹Identify potential blockers and coordinate their resolution
• ▹Track team progress
• ▹Keep project and service status up to date in Jira
• ▹Organize and coordinate status meetings
• ▹Manage teams' technical needs and gaps
• ▹Organize on-call duty, vacations and team availability
• ▹Act as point of contact between technical teams, the client and other involved areas
• ▹Identify risks and propose improvement actions

Requirements

• ▹Prior experience as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Service Manager or similar role
• ▹Experience tracking sprints and technical teams
• ▹Essential knowledge of Jira
• ▹Ability to manage several teams and services simultaneously
• ▹Experience managing blockers, risks and deadlines
• ▹Organizational, planning and follow-up skills
• ▹Good communication skills with clients

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• ▹Experience in IT sector projects or services
• ▹Experience organizing on-call duty, vacations and team planning
• ▹Ability to propose process and workflow improvements
