Responsibilities

• ▹Leading and coordinating the Cloud Operations department across 5 teams: Private FR, Private IO, CNMS, MA & CAV, Qualité & Capitalisation
• ▹Representing the Operations team and coordinating with internal entities
• ▹Guaranteeing the quality and performance of Run Managed Services and Private Cloud contracts
• ▹Maintaining close contact with clients and participating in strategic and steering committees
• ▹Overseeing SLA compliance
• ▹Steering managed service delivery, ensuring adherence to automation and standardization principles
• ▹Maintaining and developing close relationships with internal and external partners
• ▹Participating in Go/Nogo decisions for new deals, supporting pre-sales
• ▹Measuring team utilization
• ▹Tracking P&L for Managed Services and Private offerings with financial stakeholders
• ▹Leading operational teams: level 2/3 support, Service Delivery Managers, Technical Leaders
• ▹Driving knowledge sharing and template reuse through a Center of Excellence
• ▹Defining and tracking reference frameworks, standards, methods, SLAs and contractual documents
• ▹Identifying improvement needs for tools, methods and processes

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading large teams of around 140 people
• ▹Knowledge of cloud operations and managed services: Private Cloud, hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• ▹Experience managing service quality against SLAs
• ▹P&L management experience
• ▹Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
