Responsibilities

• ▹Define and drive multi-year engineering vision, technical roadmap, and platform strategy
• ▹Lead architecture and design decisions for complex, distributed systems
• ▹Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices
• ▹Own accountability for engineering delivery, system uptime, and technical debt management
• ▹Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into engineering plans
• ▹Drive agile delivery practices ensuring on-time, high-quality releases
• ▹Collaborate with Clinical, Data Science, and Design teams
• ▹Ensure consistency of engineering quality, code review culture, and testing standards
• ▹Establish engineering KPIs and OKRs for transparency and accountability
• ▹Drive innovation in tooling, automation, and AI/ML adoption
• ▹Recruit, retain, and develop world-class engineering talent
• ▹Define team structure, roles, career ladders, and performance frameworks
• ▹Build onboarding programs and a culture of continuous learning
• ▹Coach, evaluate, and supervise team members

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience leading an engineering organization across multiple teams
• ▹Architecture and design decision-making for complex, distributed systems
• ▹Experience partnering strategically with product, clinical, and business leadership
• ▹Strong communication skills conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and the Board
