Solutions Architect, Central Europe

Responsibilities

• ▹Roll out Cursor across strategic engineering organizations: configure environments, design workflows, run hands-on enablement sessions
• ▹Help developers integrate Cursor into real production workflows, not isolated demos
• ▹Drive fast time-to-value and durable adoption across teams, quickly identifying and solving workflow friction
• ▹Identify where Cursor should expand next inside the customer environment, designing rollout strategies for new workflows, teams, and platform groups
• ▹Work closely with Account Executives during major expansion moments
• ▹Build deep relationships with developers, platform teams, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders
• ▹Lead architecture reviews, technical working sessions, and strategic planning discussions
• ▹Advise customers on developer productivity, workflow design, governance, and AI adoption strategy
• ▹Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to unblock customer progress
• ▹Translate adoption into measurable engineering impact: faster iteration cycles, improved developer productivity, workflow efficiency, and quality
• ▹Turn successful deployments into repeatable workflow patterns across the organization

• ▹Deep technical credibility combined with strong product instincts
• ▹High ownership and the ability to influence how large engineering organizations evolve
• ▹Equally comfortable debugging CI workflows and leading architecture reviews
• ▹Ability to help executives understand where AI changes the economics of software development
• ▹Understanding of how modern software organizations operate
