Software Engineer, User Operations

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop AI-powered systems that synthesize customer signal at scale
• ▹Build dashboards and data pipelines for bug volume and quality trends
• ▹Build intelligent, agentic bug intake and triage pipelines
• ▹Build integrations across ticketing, payment, and CRM tooling
• ▹Partner with domain specialists and support engineers

Requirements

• ▹Experience delivering high-impact, cross-functional technical projects
• ▹Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or ops infra
• ▹Strong full-stack engineering skills, database to UI
• ▹Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, analytics tooling
• ▹Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows
• ▹Experience integrating third-party platforms (ticketing, payments, CRM)
