Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure onboarding, training and certification of partner technical resources
• ▹Participate in joint business planning and review sessions
• ▹Support customer demos, proofs of value and partner enablement workshops
• ▹Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog's internal teams
• ▹Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements
• ▹Collaborate with product management, engineering and technical services teams

Requirements

• ▹Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience
• ▹Self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen
• ▹Confident presentation skills
• ▹Current EU resident

Nice to have

• ▹Observability tools experience (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace)
• ▹Public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba)
• ▹Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry)
• ▹Dev/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go)
• ▹Config management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
• ▹CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab)
• ▹Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting experience
