Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Onboard, train, enable and certify partner technical resources
• ▹Take part in joint business planning and review sessions between Datadog and partners
• ▹Support customer demos, proofs of value and partner enablement workshops
• ▹Advocate for partners' technical concerns inside Datadog
• ▹Analyze partner service offerings and recommend greater adoption of Datadog features
• ▹Collaborate with product management, engineering and technical services to prioritize new capabilities
• ▹Curate best practices for Datadog platform adoption

Requirements

• ▹Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations experience
• ▹Hands-on experience in two or more areas: observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace), public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go), config management (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab)
• ▹A demonstrable passion for learning
• ▹Confident presentation skills
• ▹Current EU residence

Nice to have

• ▹Technical role experience working for or supporting channel partners (systems integrators, managed service providers)
• ▹Experience with Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools (APM, infrastructure, logs, Synthetics, NPM)
• ▹Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and debugging
