Responsibilities

• ▹Lead discovery sessions and communicate solution architectures to prospects
• ▹Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and success criteria
• ▹Configure platform settings to align with customer requirements during implementation
• ▹Create technical collateral: architecture diagrams, integration and deployment guides, roll-out plans
• ▹Serve as a trusted technical advisor during sales and roll-outs
• ▹Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM to refine solution patterns
• ▹Stay current on cloud, AI/ML, search, and DevOps trends

Requirements

• ▹7-10 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role in enterprise search, AI/ML platforms, legal tech, or complex B2B SaaS
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• ▹Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise software architectures, databases, deployment environments, and integration patterns
• ▹Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to audiences from law firm partners to C-level executives and IT leaders
