Pre-Sales Solution Architect – AI Infrastructure (remote in the EU)

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with account teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities
• ▹Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer infrastructure, AI and platform engineering needs
• ▹Serve as a trusted advisor to CTOs, platform teams and AI engineering leaders
• ▹Design AI infrastructure architectures using Mirantis k0rdent and open-source ecosystem technologies
• ▹Translate customer requirements into scalable Kubernetes-based platform solutions and develop reference architectures and deployment patterns
• ▹Deliver technical presentations, demos and workshops, and represent Mirantis at conferences and industry events
• ▹Lead customer proof-of-concept engagements, prototype AI workload deployments and demonstrate operational MLOps workflows
• ▹Collaborate with product management, engineering and marketing teams, providing field insights that influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting in France or other French-speaking European countries
• ▹Experience supporting enterprise sales for cloud-native or infrastructure platforms
• ▹Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes-based systems
• ▹Strong expertise in cloud-native infrastructure: Kubernetes container orchestration, multi-cluster management, Helm, Operators, CRDs
• ▹Expertise in AI infrastructure and MLOps: AI/ML deployment pipelines, model serving and inference platforms, Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray or similar frameworks
